After the launch of a new website on the Sierra Interactive platform, our goal was to begin laying a proper foundation that enables sustainable organic growth, visibility, and lead generation.  

Strategy & Process:

Before implementing enhanced SEO strategies, we spent a year building the website’s foundation of IDX landing pages—a process that is critical for success but shouldn’t be considered the sole component of “SEO.” Once the foundation and website architecture were in place, we began rolling out optimized content on both IDX landing pages and the blog. Additionally, a targeted backlink acquisition campaign has been a key part of our strategy and success.

Working with new domains is always a challenge. Without established authority or influence, building trust and gaining traction requires time, effort, and persistence. However, with consistent, high-quality work, it’s entirely possible to see results with a modest budget and within a reasonable timeframe. In less than 3 years, we successfully took a brand new website on a brand new domain from generating 0 organic leads to over 100 organic leads per month consistently. 

Every website and every market poses unique challenges, resulting in varying timelines and levels of success for each individual client. Newer website domains or websites that have engaged in poor SEO practices previously will not see results as quickly as established domains with existing search engine authority.
