The Kris Lindahl website has recently been migrated over to Sierra Interactive from a custom-built platform when we started working together. Our goals were to continue reformatting and optimizing existing content for the new Sierra Interactive template, while also increasing organic traffic, visibility, and lead generation at a high-level.
When work started on KL.com, the website was already attracting 9,000 organic users per month—a very strong starting point by real estate SEO standards. Early-on, we focused on restructuring and optimizing landing page components and blog content to align with the Sierra Interactive framework. Next, we continued to leverage IDX data in strategic intervals, applied an optimal site architecture and internal linking structure to help maximize search engine crawl-ability and user clickthrough rate, and implemented a highly-optimized content strategy that satisfies both traditional and AI search guidelines.
Thanks to our approach and expertise, organic keywords in the Top 3, throughout Page 1 (4-10), and inside SERP Features have seen a dramatic increase, helping organic traffic spike from 9,000 new organic users per month to now over 60,000 (and counting).
